Eddisons Banking and Valuations Teams are one of the largest and most experienced outside London and certainly, in the context of the north we are the market leader. We have unparalleled experience in preparing valuations. These are done for a wide range of clients, including major lending institutions, private and public bodies as well as developers / investors across the UK.
Valuation teams are based in each of our offices and we have a broad range of Chartered Surveyors specialising in different property types. Each year we value in excess of £500 million worth of property ranging from individual properties valued at less than £250,000 to over £50 million and portfolios worth over £50 million. We also support our colleagues in the agency and management functions in providing clients with advice on legal and technical issues, like rent reviews and other occupational issues.
In addition, we have a specialist Insolvency group involved in providing advice to funders and Companies in respect to property related insolvency or restructuring situations. We regularly act for both Insolvency practitioners or funders and work in conjunction with our Machinery and Business Assets colleagues to maximise asset realisation or retention strategies.
