To improve the process of buying property at auction, our website now provides a free of charge facility for you to download the legal documentation for our auction lots electronically without the need to contact the legal pack hotline.
To download this information, you will need to follow the link below which will open up a new web browser. When the new web browser opens you can browse through a list of the lots in the current auction to find the lot you are interested in downloading the information for. Please note that for any lots which display “Not Yet Received From The Vendors Solicitor” against the lot number the legal documentation has not yet been received from the vendor’s solicitor.
Please note that some documents are very large and may take several minutes to download
