Sales Of Significant Commercial Properties

The Huddersfield office of leading chartered surveyors Eddisons has recently completed two significant commercial property deals.

The Lee Mills Industrial Estate in Scholes, Holmfirth which comprises 7 self contained industrial units extending to a gross internal floor area of 3,546 m2 (38,171 sq ft) on a site totalling approximately 1.73 acres was sold off a guide of £1.2 million.

The predominantly single storey property is fully tenanted and currently achieves a gross rental income in excess of £98,000 per annum.

The Huddersfield office has also completed the sale of a strategically located business park close to Halifax town centre off an asking price of £400,000.

The Windsor Business Park on Hanson Lane comprises of 5 buildings, of which the majority are modern warehouses, totalling 1,121 m2 (12, 069 sq ft) on a site extending to approximately 0.87 acres and enjoys a current rental income of approximately £15,000 per annum.
