Eddisons has announced that Brindley House on Lowfields Business Park, Elland, which is owned by the National Trust for Scotland, is now fully let.
The latest tenant to sign up is Leco Computer Supplies Ltd who has agreed terms on 2,135 sq ft of first floor Grade A office space. The deal was completed off an asking rent of £29,900 per annum.
Parent company Advent Data Ltd, a specialist trade only distributor of printer supplies and data storage media, already occupies the adjacent property.
Meanwhile, Kingsmill Carpets Ltd has agreed terms on a 6,036 sq ft industrial/ trade counter unit at Hoyer Industrial Park, on the A62 Leeds Road, Huddersfield.
Eddisons has concluded the deal on behalf of their client Hoyer UK Ltd at an annual rent of £20,000.
