Aqua-Mist Fire Protection Ltd is the latest tenant to sign up at Mariner Court within the prestigious Calder Park Business Park, Wakefield.
The firm, the UK’s market leader in low pressure water mist technology, has agreed a 10 year lease on a 5,250 sq ft unit in the newly developed office building, at a commencing rent of £84,000 per annum.
The deal was concluded by the Leeds office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons on behalf of their client Gladman Developments.
David Wright of Eddisons said: ‘This is an excellent deal for all parties and further strengthens the park’s status as the one of the largest and fastest growing business parks in the region.’
Calder Park enjoys a prime location just off junction 39 of the M1 motorway and has a number of established tenants including Miller Homes, Balfour Beatty, The Highways Agency, George Wimpey and Mitsubishi Electric.
The site also boasts an Express by Holiday Inn hotel, two public houses and a Mercedes Benz dealership.
Aqua- Mist Fire Protection Ltd was established in 2000 and is re locating from its previous premises at Appleton Court, also within Calder Park.
