A former Bradford petrol station is one of the lots going under the hammer at the Eddisons Property Auction in Leeds on July 22.
The site on the corner of Canal Road and North Brook Street is let for three years from August 2009 at a passing rent of £18,000 per annum. It is being offered on the instructions of the LPA receivers at a guide price of £250,000.
121 lots are being offered at the two day sale which include other tenanted commercial and residential opportunities, vacant public houses, ground rents, development land and lots on the instructions of Yorkshire Water at declared nil reserves.
Other instructions include a substantial detached period building in Idle near Bradford which has a guide price of £325,000.
Beech House on the A657 Leeds Road was most recently used for office accommodation and has the potential for residential development subject to the necessary consents.
Meanwhile, a vacant former doctor’s surgery in Batley is offered with residential planning consent for conversion to two houses.
The property on Healey Lane extends to 5,500sq ft and has a guide price of £180 to £200,000 having been previously marketed at £275,000.
