The Bradford office of leading chartered surveyors Eddisons has completed the sale of the former head office of Kings Security Systems on Grattan Road.
The building comprises of three storeys and a basement, extending to over 6,500 sq ft. and has been sold to HCJB-UK for a figure close to the guide price of £395,000.
HCJB- UK produces spiritual content for the UK commercial radio industry and were formally tenants on just a single floor of the Grattan Road site which links Thornton Road with Sunbridge Road and is conveniently located close to Bradford city centre

Kings Security Systems provide commercial security systems and have relocated to larger premises at St Dunstans Technology Park, off Ripley Street, Bradford.
