The Bradford office of leading chartered surveyors Eddisons has successfully concluded a rental deal on Crossley Hall House with new tenants SGS UK Ltd, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.
The company which was previously based at Oakwood House on City Road has recently signed a 5 year lease at the Thornton Road site which is a superbly specified modern office building with stores, totalling over 4,000 sq ft and offers on site parking.
Eddisons completed the deal on behalf of the landlord’s pension fund, off an asking annual rental of £34,000
Jonathan O’Connor of Eddisons said: ‘We are delighted to have completed the deal so quickly in a tricky market and achieved good rental income for our client. It is also good news for the local economy that SGS will remain in Bradford.’
