National firm of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons has appointed Peter Rowlinson as a director of its London based Insolvency Team.
Mr Rowlinson joins Eddisons from Stevens Scanlan LLP where he spent over 21 years in a range of senior roles including time as a Registered Property Receiver. He is also a fellow of the RICS and NARA, the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers.

He is joined by James Liddiment, who has moved from the firms’ Leeds office where he spent several years working on insolvency instructions.
‘These appointments demonstrate our commitment to the continued development of our high calibre insolvency team in London, comprising property and machinery and business assets experts.
‘It also supports the range of services we can offer to Banks and Insolvency Practitioners in the South of England and expands on the existing team of 29 operating from our Manchester and Leeds offices,’ commented Mr McDonald.
Eddisons currently employ over 200 staff across their 8 offices nationwide.
