Bradford Deals Success

The Bradford office of leading Chartered Surveyors Eddisons has announced the completion of a series of deals in the city and surrounding area.

These include Clara House on the Worth Enterprise Road, Keighley which has been sold to Ayce Systems off an asking price of £550,000.

The modern office building with workshop and stores was formerly home to CD Construction prior to them going into administration.

Eddisons acted as LPA receivers on the sale on behalf of Yorkshire Bank. The firm’s plant and machinery department handled the disposal of all assets.

Ayce Systems are the leading UK supplier of SMART repair systems, consumables and aftercare support to the automotive refinish industry.

Among the other completed deals announced by Eddisons is at Enterprise Court where Butterfield Signs has agreed terms on 3 units, near Tong Street, off an asking rent of approximately £65,000 per annum.

The sign company has taken the 17,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse space after securing a contract with fast food giant MacDonald’s. The firm will retain its existing premises on Sunbridge Road.

Finally, Auto-Lift UK has relocated from its previous premises at Alma Works, Sticker Lane to a modern unit at Mitre Court, Cutler Heights Lane.

The deal was concluded off an asking rent of £17,000 per annum for the unit which extends to over 3,780 sq ft.

Auto-Lift UK deal in the manufacture and supply of material handling equipment, light commercial vehicle bodywork and electric winches.

Jonathan O’Connor of Eddisons said: ‘We are delighted to have concluded these deals and secured good rental income for our clients.

‘The new tenants are all local companies who are performing strongly in their respective sectors. This has to be good news for the area generally.’
