Facilities Management Vacancies

We are seeking a Facilities Manager based in the London office to support a range of commercial multi-let properties in London and the South East.

Supporting Property Asset Managers, you will assist in the procurement and management of shared services such as M&E services, building maintenance, security, cleaning, grounds maintenance and waste disposal.

You will also prepare and manage service charge budgets and be in regular contact with contractors, building occupiers and owners.  Having a customer focused and proactive approach is paramount.

Candidates should have at least two years experience and should have a good working knowledge of health and safety legislation and be familiar with service charges, property leases and building services terminology.  Membership of a recognised profession such as BIFM, RICS, and CIBSE is preferred but not essential.
