Sale of Landmark Hotel Complex
The Leeds office of chartered surveyors Eddisons has completed the sale of a landmark hotel complex in North Yorkshire.

The Scotch Corner Hotel which occupies a prominent position at the junction of the A1 and the A66 has been bought by a private hotel operator off an asking price of £3million.
Auction Year Starts on a High Note
The first Eddisons Property Auction of 2010 generated total proceeds of over £5.5m.

At the two day sale held in Leeds and Manchester 104 (75%) of the 138 lots offered were sold in what was described by the auctioneers as a ‘very encouraging performance.’
